These Terms govern your use of Dish AI. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Dish AI provides AI-assisted nutrition guidance for menu items based on OCR text and user preferences. Dish AI does not provide medical advice.

2. Health and allergy disclaimer

Dish AI recommendations are general guidance only. Always verify ingredients and allergens directly with the restaurant. You are solely responsible for your food choices and any health-related decisions.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
• You must provide accurate account information.
• We may suspend access in cases of abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.

4. Subscription and billing

• Dish AI may offer subscriptions such as $4.99/month and $49.99/year.
• Billing is handled by Apple via your App Store account.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings.
• Where available, free scans are limited and enforced by service rules.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service.
• Do not use Dish AI in ways that violate applicable laws.
• Do not use automated abuse to bypass scan limits or access controls.

6. Intellectual property

Dish AI and related content, branding, and software are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dish AI is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
